The next Daily Portion Outreach event that will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The event will take place at Highlands Church of the Cumberlands, located at 507 Industrial Drive in Jamestown, TN.
This outreach is a community initiative designed to serve those in need by offering free services and fostering fellowship among neighbors, ultimately being the hands and feet of Jesus as we are called to be. These events have consistently drawn large crowds, and this upcoming gathering promises to be no different, with offerings including:
- Free Haircuts from skilled volunteer barbers
- Free Food, including hot meals and snacks
- Free Clothing for those in need
The event is an opportunity to not only receive essential services but to enjoy a warm and welcoming environment for socializing and community bonding.
“Our goal is to continue to meet the needs of our community and provide a space for connection and support,” says Pastor Jason Kerr. “Our Daily Portion events are always a wonderful opportunity for us to show God’s love and to serve our neighbors.”
This is the latest in a series of successful Daily Portion Outreach events, where the community has come together to make a difference. Previous events have seen impressive turnouts, with hundreds of attendees benefitting from these services.
